Thanks everyone!
ReplyDeleteYes, that's my little guy out there. He is adjusting to this new "tough" team fairly well. If he decides to play in the spring we can just hope he gets on a team that's not quite so serious.
Very nice post...not only for children but for grown ups also! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteLove the baseball/life analogy! How very true! Great post! I loved it!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog too and for your sweet comment!
Have a great evening!

What a great analogy Jackie! :) What fun times! Is it warm where you are?? Interesting how the years just run into one another and the seasons fly by! :)
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you!

Cute post. Love the setbacks/failures pic, esp. I followed you here after you joined my site and joined yours back, since you obviously have some good stuff going on, here. Looking forward to getting to know you!

Cute photos of your son playing baseball. I've spent many hours sitting on bleachers. Miss it...it's been a long time. A lot of fun, tho. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI miss those days of watching our son play.

powerful imagery and powerful words...very thought provoking post
ReplyDeleteLove how you tied baseball to life and showing your little tyke embracing it. Very clever. Thanks for stopping by my blog and for your sweet comments. In reading your interests on your profile, we seem to have a lot in common, including gardening and reading and religion. I grew up in the Midwest--a Cornhusker. Enjoy your day. I'll be back.
